Kate Smith graduated from the Acting Program at Dalhousie University in 2006. During her time in Halifax, she spent two seasons working for Shakespeare by the Sea, before returning to Ottawa. Since September she has appeared in Top Girls with Third Wall Theatre, Richard III in Bouffon with A Company of Fools, and Iron with SevenThirty Productions. Past roles include Lady Macduff (Macbeth), Josephine Strong (Urinetown), Maid Marion (The Adventures of Robin Hood), and Julia (The Two Gentlemen of Verona).
